Large Indian Hand Carved Print Block

These were bought on a buying trip to Mumbai and found in a pile at the back of a store in the bazaars of South Bombay.  Hand carved by villagers, then dipped in die and pressed against fabric to create incredible intricate patterns.  This makes them  ideal for displaying or using as book-ends or paper eights in a library. Lovely objects to stare at and touch, over and over again. 7.5" at longest point, 6" at widest point, 2.5" deep, Weight 1.4lbs
